FSSCRN - Nanoscored Rupture Discs
The FSSCRN Nanoscored rupture disc is a compression or reverse-acting disc featuring precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores. This design ensures fast, controlled opening while significantly reducing the risk of petal separation. Suitable for both low and high burst pressure applications, the FSSCRN performs reliably with gases and liquids when a gas cushion is present, even under cycling and pulsating conditions, without compromising safety margins.
In the event of overpressure, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it ideal for protecting safety relief valves. It supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 95% and delivers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the disc can also operate under full vacuum conditions without the need for additional supports, offering greater installation flexibility.

CONCOA 315 Series Regulator
The CONCOA 315 Series is a chrome-plated brass, dual-stage cylinder regulator designed for inert and non-corrosive gases in medical laboratory applications. Its two-stage design ensures stable outlet pressure or flow by compensating for gradual cylinder pressure drops. The regulator provides point-of-use control across five pressure ranges, from 0–15 PSIG (0–2 BAR) to 0–200 PSIG (0–14 BAR). It comes with a standard 2–15 lpm flowgauge calibrated for CO₂ (for lasers and cell growth chambers) or a custom thermal mass flowmeter-calibrated gauge for specific gases. The CONCOA 403 Series four-port chrome-plated brass regulator delivers secondary or point-of-use pressure control for ultra-high purity inert gases. Rated to full cylinder pressure, it ensures safe operation if primary control fails. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® 360° filtration, pipe-away relief, captured vent-capable bonnet, cleanroom assembly, and front/rear panel mounting.
