FSSCRN - Nanoscored Rupture Discs
The FSSCRN Nanoscored rupture disc is a compression or reverse-acting disc featuring precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores. This design ensures fast, controlled opening while significantly reducing the risk of petal separation. Suitable for both low and high burst pressure applications, the FSSCRN performs reliably with gases and liquids when a gas cushion is present, even under cycling and pulsating conditions, without compromising safety margins.
In the event of overpressure, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it ideal for protecting safety relief valves. It supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 95% and delivers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the disc can also operate under full vacuum conditions without the need for additional supports, offering greater installation flexibility.

AURA EXH Self-Relieving High Presure Regulator
The AURA EXH is a cutting-edge self-relieving high-pressure regulator specifically engineered for primary pressure control of non-corrosive gases and liquids, capable of managing delivery pressures of up to 4500 psig. When the delivery pressure is reduced, the EXH automatically vents excess downstream pressure to the atmosphere through the bonnet, ensuring consistent and reliable pressure control at all times. At its heart, the EXH features AURA’s innovative encapsulated seat design, which streamlines numerous moving components into a single assembly. FSHRADH - Rupture Disc Holder for Reverse Acting Discs
Introducing the FSHRADH Rupture Disc Holder for Reverse Acting Discs, engineered to deliver exceptional reliability for your rupture discs. Our expertly designed disc holders are intended for installation between flanges, featuring an internal diameter that accommodates the full opening of the disc while ensuring optimal transmission through a minimal discharge area. Additionally, the external tangent diameter is tailored to align effortlessly with the bolt positioning, simplifying centring between flanges. Each disc holder also includes two stainless steel assembly plates for added durability.
