FSSCRS - Sanitary Rupture Discs
The FSSCRS Sanitary Rupture Discs are compression-loaded or reverse-acting discs with micro-scored, petal-shaped sections, featuring 4, 6, or more radial scores for reliable opening. Designed to meet 3-A SSI standards for hygienic equipment, they are ideal for Pharmaceutical, Food, and Biotechnology industries. Constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel (other alloys available), their smooth process-side surface supports C.I.P. and S.I.P. treatments to maintain aseptic conditions. PTFE gaskets (FDA, USP Class VI, 3-A, EU 10/2011 compliant) enable installation in Clamp fittings. Suitable for gas or liquids with a gas cushion, including cycling and pulsating conditions, these discs open fully in milliseconds without fragmentation and can withstand absolute vacuum conditions without supports. Optional PTFE coating adds extra protection.

Refrigeration Constant Pressure Valves
Constant pressure valves are automatic regulating devices integral to the oil management systems of screw compressor packages. They ensure that a sufficient minimum differential pressure (for instance, 3 bar, 4 bar, etc.) or oil injection pressure is maintained during both the start-up phase and the operation of the screw compressor.
Product Specification:
- Sizes: 1.1/2" to 6"
- Connections: Flanged & Butt Weld
- Materials: Steel
- Medium: Glycol-based cold brine refrigerant as per EN 378 p. 1, including NH3, R134a, R290 (propane), R507, mixtures with refrigerant oil, as well as neutral gas and liquid media
- Set Pressure: 1 - 25 Barg
- Temperature Range: -20 to +120 °C
