CONCOA 493 Series Regulator
Six-port, stainless steel, single-stage regulator for ultra-high pressure applications
The CONCOA 493 Series regulator provides primary pressure control for ultra-high-purity and corrosive gases in applications requiring extreme pressures. Using a robust piston assembly instead of a diaphragm, it safely handles high inlet pressures. Factory-installed options allow it to be configured as line regulation or a single-station manifold, with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.
Features:
Large piston sensor manages pressures up to 6000 PSIG (415 BAR)
CAPSULE® seat with integral 360° filtration
Front and rear panel mount for easy installation
Helium leak integrity verified via spectrometry

Reliance RWC 102 Series Pressure Relief Valve 1/2" x 1/2" M x F 6 Bar - PREL102042
The PREL102042 Potable Water Pressure Relief Valve is essential for managing cold water overpressurisation in unvented cylinders. Part of the Reliance Valves 102 Series, these Potable Water Pressure Relief Valves are specifically designed to protect unvented systems from excessive pressure. Each valve is pre-set and locked to a designated pressure; should the system exceed this pressure, the valve will effortlessly lift off its seat, allowing water to discharge safely into the waste system. Serving as the first line of defence in unvented installations, these valves are engineered with a single-piece cartridge for reliability and ease of maintenance. They are available in various pressure settings from 3.5 to 8 bar and come with multiple connection sizes to facilitate versatile installations.
Features and Benefits:
- Easy and quick removal of the single-piece cartridge for cleaning or replacement
- Advanced diaphragm design enhances resistance to scale build-up
- Effectively protects against overpressurisation issues
- Multiple connection options offer flexible installation configurations
- Customisable relief pressure range from 3.5 to 8.0 bar
- Designed exclusively for cold water applications
Specifications:
- Size: 1/2" x 1/2"
- Connections: BSP Male Inlet x BSP Female Outlet
- Materials: Hot pressed DZR Brass
- Medium: Water
- Set Pressure: 6 Barg
- Temperature: +140°C

Hattersley Fig 866 PN25 Wafer Check Valve
Features & Benefits
• Our check valves are engineered to allow fluid flow in a single direction while automatically closing if the flow reverses—this functionality is influenced by the pressure and velocity of the fluid.
• The Non-Slam design features a rubber seat and spring-assisted closure, ensuring reliable operation without the risk of slamming.
• The EPDM rubber seat promotes quiet operation and enhances the seating of the disk for superior performance.
• For sizes DN200 and above, eyebolts can be fitted to the tapped holes, complying with BS EN ISO 3226: 2010 (please note, eyebolts are not included with the valve).
• The robust design and construction make this valve particularly suitable for pump duty applications.
Specification
• The face-to-face dimensions adhere to BS EN 558 series 16 standards.
• This valve can be installed in both vertical and horizontal pipelines.
• When installed in vertical pipelines, the flow direction must be upwards.
• Suitable for use with group 2 liquids only, as specified by the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
Pressure/Temperature Rating
• Model: Figure 866; Pressure Rating: PN25
• Temperature range: -10°C to 120°C
Reliance RWC TPR15 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve 1/2" x 15mm 7 Bar - PTEM550951
The Reliance Water Controls (RWC) TPR15 Pressure and Temperature Relief Valves are compact devices designed to protect against over-pressurisation within unvented hot water systems. These valves are essential for safeguarding your system in the event that temperature or pressure controls fail. Engineered for installation at the upper section of a hot water cylinder, the TPR15 valves effectively monitor the highest temperatures within the system. When the temperature exceeds 95°C, the wax mixture inside the temperature probe expands, raising the valve off its seat and allowing water to escape, thus reducing the pressure within the cylinder. In cases where water pressure increases without a corresponding temperature rise, the valve remains closed until the set pressure of the relief mechanism is reached, at which point it opens to relieve excess pressure. Select models feature a PTFE coating on the Male BSP (MBSP) inlet thread, facilitating quicker, hassle-free installation.
**Features and Benefits:**
- Protects against temperatures exceeding 95°C
- Prevents over-pressurisation
- Twist top cartridge design for straightforward servicing
- Available with various pressure settings and probe lengths
- Some models include a PTFE coating for improved installation efficiency
**Specifications:**
- Size: 1/2" x 15mm
- Connections: BSP Male Inlet x Compression Outlet
- Materials: Brass
- Medium: Hot water only
- Set Pressure (Set & Locked): 7 Barg
- Temperature Relief: +90 to 95°C
- Discharge Capacity: 10kW
- Probe Length: 200mm
- Product Code: PTEM550951
- Notes: Long probe, WRAS approved
Ensure your unvented hot water system operates safely and efficiently with the RWC TPR15 Pressure and Temperature Relief Valves, the reliable choice for enhanced protection against extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
