By law, high-level access anchor bolts must be inspected and tested every six months for rope systems and every 12 months for fall prevention systems. CCR Maintenance has the expertise and equipment to thoroughly test and examine any eyebolt installation. We provide detailed pull test reports highlighting any faults, specifying which eyebolts must be removed and which are safe for use. All tested anchor bolts are marked according to British Standards, showing the next inspection date and intended usage, and a Certificate of Periodic Examination is issued. Testing is carried out in line with BS EN 795, which requires competent periodic examinations to ensure fall protection systems remain compliant and safe. Systems such as Man Safe or wire systems, typically installed on roofs without edge protection, must be tested on both posts and swages. Regular inspection and maintenance extend the system’s lifespan and ensure workers remain fully protected.
