Also known as “Safadeck” or “E.G.L” flooring.

Constructed with Keruing/Kapur outer layers for hardness and Sepetir or mixed red hardwood cores for strength and reduced weight. Boards are machined with a half-lap pattern and “crusher bead” to allow expansion without warping.

Designed for commercial vehicle floors in vans and curtainsiders, but suitable for general or domestic use.

Dimensions: 305mm (12″) cover width, 22mm or 28mm thick, 3800mm long.

This is our new aluminium dropside plank/capping system, created exclusively by John Adams. It features a more contemporary design while offering improved practicality compared to standard dropside planking systems. As well as being lighter in weight, it also allows for custom graphics and accommodates over-centre locks and conspicuity tape. Supplied in either anodised or mill finish.

• Commonly used to build dropside bodies on flatbed trailers or pick-up trucks

• Compatible with our dropside end caps, centre pillars, and corner pillars

• The single-piece design eliminates the need to combine two 200 mm planks to achieve full side height

• For dropsides taller than 400 mm, our HP50, HP51, HP52, and HP53 sections can be used to reach the required height
