In tune with environmental concerns, at D W Plastics Ltd all materials are recycled either back into the original plastic profiles or into other PVC products. We also purchase large quantities of recycled UPVC window grade material and other reprocessed compounds, which helps to reduce the quantity of plastic profiles sent to landfill. In many instances customers ask for a percentage of recycled materials to be used in their extrusion products.
Reprocessed material can be extruded to make extrusion profiles where a specific colour and excellent finish are not required.

To ensure the highest levels of hygiene anti-bacterial or anti-fungal additives can be added to help control and prevent cross-contamination and virus spread.
