While air cooling can be incorporated into a spiral elevator, it does not guarantee effective cooling. Its performance is influenced by several factors, including ambient room temperature, airflow volume, dwell time, and the temperature and load of incoming products. In many instances, it proves unsuitable and is a poor investment compared to engineered cooling solutions such as water-jacket or vortex systems.

If you’re experiencing slight surface heat or minor condensation, air cooling might provide some assistance. However, if you require a consistent and rapid drop in temperature, we will recommend a more advanced system, ensuring you focus on long-term efficiency rather than “saving pennies” and risking downtime and waste.
