Bristol Preview Bar and Grill installs new Cubo MAM Italian Pizza Oven.
The Preview Bar and Grill at the Venue at Cribbs Causeway Bristol have recently installed the all new Cubo traditional MAM Italian Pizza Oven designed to fit into a standard cook line offering the timeless quality associated with this traditional method of cooking that only a stone oven can bring.
The Preview Bar chose the oven to produce Italian style pizza for cinema goers looking to enjoy top class food at an affordable price with something for everyone at a fixed price to keep the whole family happy.
Target Catering Equipment import the pizza ovens directly from Italy for the UK market and offer this new range to compliment the larger feature ovens as fitted in the Eden Project, Cornwall, feeding hundreds of visitors a day.
“Biomass wood fired ovens are commonly used in Italy and with the drive for sustainability and carbon neutrality these ovens are becoming more popular in the UK” says Target Managing Director David Pedrette.
We customise these ovens to our client’s exact requirements and unlike many of our competitors ovens’ they are mobile and can easily be relocated. When wood is not accessible as a fuel a gas option is available.
For enthusiasts who want to build their own oven and enjoy this traditional method of cooking we can supply kits of the components for self assembly and offer advice and help with the construction.
