The Big American Retail Companies approve The Platform Lift co to install throughout Europe

Victoria’s Secret is the largest American retailer of lingerie and was founded by Roy Raymond on June 12, 1977.

2012 sales were $6.12 billion with an operating income of $1 billion have now come to the UK……and have a guess what…..? Yes, you’ve guessed it The Platform Lift Company Limited have been contracted to install the design led lifts for Victoria Secret and sister company Pink.

The challenge we had was the first lift for Victoria’s secret was in the Trafford Centre where we couldn’t achieve a pit (thank you guys)…not too difficult as we had the same issue with Hugo Boss in Sloane Square.

So off we went to BIS with our application showing a lift design & clearly demonstrating we had covered all of the danger areas with a 200mm pit and within a few days they came back with a “of course you can”!!  Thank you BIS.
