To Diet or Not To Diet
More than half the adult population have tried to slim down in the past 12 months and many have made New Year''s resolutions to lose weight in 2014.
However, experts warn that obesity in the UK is only going to get worse. Jonathan Maitland asks what''s going wrong, looking at whether dieting really works in the long-term.
The answer was to take us back to basics with a balanced diet and moderate exercise routine.
Johnny and the ITV crew attended our offices with personal trainer Laura Williams and taught the team the dangers of eating whilst sitting at your desk. Laura then showed us some very simple yet gruelling exercises that could be carried out around the office.
Since our ‘training’ the team have stuck to their guns and completed a 10 minute training session every day although we do admit that the odd chocolate bar makes it way into the office.
MD Sam Cohen and our CEO Barbara Calvert, say "they are delighted that our Sutton based office was featured and the doors are always open for our clients to join in the daily team training when ever they feel the urge"
For those of you that missed us and our claim to fame, please go to ITV catch up.
