Biro UK are now stocking VEPA Needle Tenderisers to complement the existing range of Biro Sir Steak Tenderisers. VEPA have an extensive range of tenderisers to suit food processors of all scales from manual through to semi automatic and fully automatic.

Machines are available in single and three phase

Built from stainless steel these tenderisers can withstand extremely tough conditions and are easily maintained. VEPA's unique meat release system ensures that meat is released from the needles without any degradation.
