e-mediavision Adds 4K HDMI USB3.0 Capture with New PZ-HDX9 Video Grabber

e-mediavision’s new PZ-HDX9 video capture module is the latest addition to its innovative video capture, display & streaming solutions range − PlayZone HD.

The PZ-HDX9 is powered directly from the USB3.0 port and is able to capture HDMI video 1080p/60 & 4K/30 along with 2 channels of audio.

The compact driver free device provides a HDMI monitor loop through, which is ideal for applications where you need not only to capture but also monitor the source input in real time, i.e. gamers, video streaming productions and more.

PZ-HDX9 is a UVC/UAC device which allows use with computers without having to install additional drivers and works with Windows, macOS X, Linux, certain Android devices as well as Raspbian on Raspberry Pi computers.

PZ-HDX9 provides YUV/MJPEG 1080p/60 output when used with USB3.0 and 1080p/30 MJPEG when connected to USB2.0, along with 2 channel stereo audio autodetection of sampling rates and output as 48kHz PCM audio data.

The PZ-HDX9 works with a variety of third party applications to capture, display or live stream, UXPlayer recorder application for Windows is included enabling easy setup and capture, along with viewing on Android phones.
