200 Tonne Tension & Compression Load Cell

For a UK customer we have designed and manufactured a 200 tonne load cell suitable for use in both tension and compression.

Manufactured from stainless steel, it has an external diameter of 195mm, is 540mm high and has M140 x 4 threads both ends.

With an accuracy of 0.3% of rated load, it will be used in a test facility as part of the development of a special hydraulic power unit.

The load cell has been supplied with an SGA amplifier to provide +/-10V output.
