Draeger safety, Dräger, FFP masks

18 January 2021 | Dräger Safety UK Ltd

Dräger''s official FFP UK factory opening event

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted countries around the world and caused an unprecedented demand for PPE such as filtering face pieces (FFPs). In response to a call to action for manufacturers of PPE by the British Government, Draeger Safety has invested in an FFP mask production site in Gateshead, NE England to start mass production of FFP masks.

Join us online on the 26th January 2021 for our Gateshead FFP manufacturing site opening event where you can learn more about our new factory and how it links to Dräger's vision and company ethos.

Learn more from the key stakeholders involved with the project, as well as an introduction to the Dräger X-plore® 1730 C FFP mask.

Highlights of the event will include a live virtual ribbon cutting factory inauguration ceremony by the Mayor of Gateshead, a speech from the Blyth Valley MP Ian Levy, as well as talks from Draeger Safety senior leaders and sales channel partner, Frontline Safety UK Ltd.
