Anti-slip layer pads now available from Anderton Board and Packaging

Anderton Board in Manchester are family-owned business originally founded in 1850. We specialise in sustainable paper-based products manufactured using 100% recycled materials that are 100% recyclable.

Within our extensive range of solid board products, we are pleased to offer coated papers and solid board with anti-slip coatings used for layer pads and slip sheets to protect and stabilise palletised goods.

These products are perfect for providing additional pallet stability for the packaging of food, beverage cans and bottles, industrial products, dairy produce, and bagged items such as flour and sugar.

These Anti- slip layer pads offer excellent flatness and very good separation for automatic processing. These can be supplied in rolls for use in all slitter rewinders, or in sheet formats.

The Anderton Anti-slip layer pad is proven to offer a slip angle >65° (TAPPI T 548). It is FSSC 22000 certified. 100% Recyclable and is suitable for a wide variety of industries where protection and stabilization of palletized goods is required.

This exceptionally high-performance anti-slip layer pad requires less storage space than some alternatives. They also allow production and transport processes to be optimized and cost savings to be realized through the reduced use of packaging materials and spillages. In addition, the Anderton Anti slip layer pad product is certified for direct food contact and is also available with a moisture barrier.

It is available in a range of formats and grammages 110 g/m², 150 g/m², 210 g/m², 290 g/m²

The material is FSC® certified recycled paper, Food safe, and 100% recyclable
