Shako has introduced the SPU225 series stainless solenoid valves, designed to offer high reliability and versatility for a wide range of industrial applications.

Available in thread sizes from 3/8" to 2", these solenoid valves operate within a working pressure range of 0.5 to 15 Bar (0.5 to 10 Bar differential), making them suitable for gaseous and fluid applications with viscosities up to 50 centistokes.

Advanced Sealing and Temperature Range

The SPU225 series features multiple sealing options, including NBR, VITON, EPDM, and HNBR, accommodating various industrial environments. The choice of sealing material determines the media temperature range, which extends from -40°C to +180°C, ensuring adaptability for both low and high-temperature applications.

Shako offers additional customisation options for the SPU225 series, including flanged PN16, ANSI150Lb, and JIS10K connections. An ATEX certified solenoid coil can be fitted that conforms to EExmIIT4 Temperature Class T4 T130°C, Ex mb IIC T4, and Gb Ex mb tb IIIC T130°C Db standards. Suitable for hazardous zones 21 and 22, they support a maximum media temperature of +80°C and are readily available from stock.
