ERG Group Expands Capabilities with Acquisition of Hygrade Plastics

ERG Air Pollution Control Ltd (ERG APC) has completed the strategic acquisition of HygradePlastics, a specialist UK manufacturer of high-specification corrosion-resistant plastic vessels. Thismove strengthens ERG Group’s in-house fabrication capacity and broadens the service offering toindustrial clients across the UK and overseas.

Hygrade’s expertise in large-diameter vessel production and their longstanding customerrelationships complement ERG APC’s proven track record in engineered gas cleaning, odourcontrol, and environmental compliance systems.
