This compact, fully automated bending solution embodies the future of sheet metal forming.

The Mini Cell, developed by Dutch machinery leader SafanDarley, is a strategic choice in this evolution.

The cell combines an E-Brake 35 T-1250 press brake with an integrated robotic arm and an innovative tool-changing system, allowing for highly flexible and unattended operation. Designed to occupy a minimal footprint, the Mini Cell is ideal for companies like DMP that aim to enhance automation while maximising factory floor space. This new setup supports consistent bending precision, quick changeovers, and 24/7 productivity, even for complex components and smaller batch sizes.
