As many of us know by now, Martyn’s Law has moved from campaign into reality. We are now in a grace period before its full implementation.

This law aims to prepare premises in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland for – and protect them from – terrorist attacks. It requires that you put in place reasonably practicable measures to achieve this. These requirements should not be too demanding for a standard tier premises in particular.
