Design: We work collaboratively to create designs that capture the Maritime brand and meet the practical needs of every team member. By exploring diverse ranges, we ensure each garment fits the engagement perfectly. Each department were considered throughout, ensuring that the garments were fit for the purpose of their roles.
Garment Rationalisation & Fabric Optimisation: Understanding why previous uniforms didn’t work was our starting point. We immersed ourselves in each role, gathering insights into daily challenges and wear requirements. Our designers and garment technicians transformed this knowledge into innovative designs and fabric choices. Samples, wearer trials, and data analysis ensured that the final uniforms are fit for purpose, comfortable, and durable.
Wearer Trials: An important part of the process, Drivers wore the garments for weeks before giving invaluable feedback on each garment and how it performed for their role. From there we were able to make some final adjustments and move onto Production.
Supply & Manufacture: Leveraging long-term supplier relationships and strategic bulk purchasing, we guarantee a robust supply chain, competitive pricing, and reliable stock levels. Rigorous quality control and due diligence are embedded in our process to deliver consistently high standards. Critical path scheduling manages the entire journey from design to delivery, keeping timelines tight and stock flowing smoothly.

Urgent orders are handled promptly, reflecting our agility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
