Notting Hill Carnival 2025

For the second year running, Burlington Uniforms are so proud to have sponsored Pantonic, providing the whole band with their uniquely designed T-shirts for the event!!

Pantonic Steel Orchestra is a community steel orchestra based in Hackney and was founded in 1988 by the late Biggs Yearwood and Raymond Joseph. The pair came up with the idea of forming a community band to develop the artistic and educational needs for the local community youths and encourage them to keep focused and express themselves through music, and to also aspire to go on to make careers from the art of Steel Band as they both did.

Pantonic consists of players ranging in age from 9 and upwards and they play a wide variety of musical styles, bringing the distinctive sound of the steel pan to a range of songs and compositions. They play for hire at events and also offer learning opportunities through their regular workshops.
