Whitmore’s Timber are delighted to announce the appointment of John Dodman as a New Area Sales Manager for the North.

With plenty of years’ experience gained in the trade previously at Timbmet and Kirkstall Timber it is an excellent addition to the team for the Leicestershire based company given his extensive knowledge of the Hardwood market and his relationship with customers built up over the years.

Since the departure of the previous Area Sales Manager, it was key to get the right man and Lloyd Clarkson the Sales Manager at Whitmore’s is convinced they have found him

“When we first heard that John was available, we knew straight away that he was a man who could strengthen our Sales Team. Having dealt with him when he was a customer of ours, I was very confident he would fit in perfectly to our team but also bring extra sales to the table. We are glad he is now in the door and looking forward to him visiting companies on our behalf. The North is an area we haven’t been represented in for a while so its great we now have somebody with John’s experience covering that area”
