When is the right time to move on?

When an opportunity arises, knowing when to make a move, or move on is KEY.

There's no point flogging a dead horse. Or perhaps you feel you have achieved as much as you can in your current role? Maybe just need a new challenge? Do you feel that your personal aims and objectives are not aligned with the current employer aims and objectives?

There is a saying that the only way you fail is when you quit, but this doesn't mean you should stay in any business or situation for that matter which simply isn't right for you.The only way you truly failing is when you quit on your vision, your goals, or you are simply not enjoying your current work.

Sometimes its necessary to change your situation, it's just part of the journey.
