2025 has been a strange year – for some, a brilliant year filled with opportunity, for others, the toughest one for a long time.

2025 has been a strange year – for some, a brilliant year filled with opportunity, for others, the toughest one for a long time.

The industry certainly seems to have been a game of two halves, and we can only hope for an easier 2026 for ALL.

Here at Hone-All, it’s been a fantastic year.

The team have worked really hard and improved performance across the board, and we hope you’ve seen that in our communication, deliveries and quality.

We’ve implemented some brilliant changes to our processes and have welcomed some fantastic new people into the business.

We are extremely grateful to you all for helping us achieve so much this year.

Your loyalty, collaboration and continued business is very much appreciated, and we are grateful to all of you who have taken the time to message, e-mail or review how well we’ve served you through 2025.

The team read and review every comment so please keep them coming as it’s lovely for everyone to hear just how much we’ve helped and that what we do, and how well we do it, is appreciated.

Whilst we very much appreciate your business, we do not send Xmas cards or gifts to our customers but instead, donate the funds to our chosen charities.

This year we selected Sara Cox’s mammoth Great Northern Marathon challenge for BBC Children in Need and as always, my firm favourite, Chiltern Dog Rescue, who have had a delivery of new harnesses, leads, collars and treats.

In terms of December shutdown, thanks to the teams’ brilliant efforts and achievements, we are closing a tad early this year on the 19th of December.

However, the last day for deliveries and collections is the 18th of December so please let your teams know as soon as possible so they can plan accordingly, thank you.

We reopen again on Monday the 5th of January, 2026.
