• Signatures/Loose sheets/ Sewn book blocks fed automatically by ‘Starwheel’ into the channel with chain pusher for transport
• Starwheel Feeder automatically measures book thickness during feeding process and the machine adjusts for each book as required
• Automatic setting of book thickness in the clamp with servo motor
• Twin Endpaper Feeder with Missing and Double Sheet Detector and adjustable application height
• Automatic delivery of book into clamp to correct height
• Linear motion of the clamp by servo motor to optimise the working cycle
• Separate milling and notching stations. Fully adjustable from 0 – 3 mm
• Hot Melt Side gluing with nozzles
• Unique pre-melter of 4kg for end papering and side gluing
• PUR Spine gluing application by special nozzle from Meler with pre-melter with dry air and special sealing for PUR
