Special Software Program

Over the last year, we have spent £1000's on a special software program, which is in its final stages of the build process.

We are about to start the testing stage, hopefully at the end of the month. This program is intended to streamline our whole administration from the first call surveys, orders, and installations, ongoing maintenance, and all contacts with our customers. callout information and accurate statistics for our professional standards over seers.

The next stage will be a customer portal for help videos, manuals, and to be able to change their own keyholder information, which is intended to automatically upload to our alarm receiving centre (ARC).

This has been a long time coming for us to find a software company we could work with.
