Dajon Data Management Appointed to Government's RM6346 Framework for NHS Patient Records and Specialist Records Management

Dajon Data Management Ltd has been appointed as an approved supplier on the Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) – formerly Crown Commercial Services (CCS) – RM6346 framework agreement, "Records Information Management, Digital Solutions and Associated Services 2." Dajon has secured positions on two of the framework's four lots:

Lot 3 – Full Management of National Health Service (NHS) Patient Records (Off site): This lot enables NHS organisations to procure a comprehensive range of patient records services, including clinic preparation, digitisation, off-site storage, loose filing, new patient record creation, on-site managed services and secure disposal. Dajon is one of just six suppliers appointed to this lot.

Lot 4 – Specialist Records Management Services: This lot supports central government departments in meeting their obligations under the Public Records Act to identify, appraise, review and transfer records of historical importance. Dajon is one of only three suppliers appointed to this lot.

The RM6346 framework runs from March 2026 to March 2030 and is open to all UK public sector organisations, including central government, the NHS, local authorities, education, charities and blue light services. It replaces the previous RM6175 framework agreement.
