AdaptiveComms strengthens UK growth with CBS IT acquisition

AdaptiveComms has announced the acquisition of Central Business Services IT Limited (CBS IT), effective from 7th April 2026, marking another step in the company’s continued growth.

Based in Leicester, CBS IT brings an established customer base and experienced team into the AdaptiveComms group, strengthening its presence in the Midlands and supporting its ambition to grow across the UK.

The move forms part of AdaptiveComms’ long-term strategy to scale through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions, while continuing to deliver a high level of service to customers.

For existing CBS IT customers, day-to-day service will remain unchanged, with the same support structure in place - now backed by the wider AdaptiveComms team. AdaptiveComms is working closely with the CBS IT team to ensure a smooth transition for all customers.
