Elmdale IT Services Completes Network and Security Installation for Post Box Sports Bar's New Venue

The Post Box Sports Bar selected Elmdale IT Services to deliver a full network and security installation at its newest location, extending a partnership that fi rst began at the venue's original site approximately 18 months ago.

The contract encompassed a complete infrastructure setup ahead of opening day, including 38 CCTV cameras, eight WiFi access points, four WiFi phones, and a high-speed 10Gb backbone network secured by a Cambium NSE 3000 fi rewall — providing the performance, coverage, and resilience that a high-footfall hospitality venue demands.

A key strength of Elmdale's appointment was the established trust and technical understanding built during the original Post Box engagement. Having already demonstrated their capability at the fi rst site, Elmdale were well-positioned to meet the operational and security requirements of a second rollout without compromise. The team worked closely alongside the venue throughout the fi t-out phase, managing full system testing, cabinet organisation, and structured labelling to ensure every element of the infrastructure was fully operational from the moment the doors opened.
