Supporting New Street Tree Planting in Hunstanton

Earlier this year, our team planted a new generation of street trees in Hunstanton as part of a winter planting programme. Since planting, we've continued to provide regular aftercare to help the trees establish.

Throughout the summer, our team has been carrying out weekly watering visits, particularly during warm and dry periods. The trees have been fitted with watering bags, allowing water to be released slowly around the base and into the rooting area.

Our visits also give us the opportunity to check the trees, stakes, ties and guards and deal with any issues as they arise.

We're pleased to report that there have been no tree losses to date, with all the trees establishing successfully and showing healthy growth.

Regular watering and monitoring are an important part of helping newly planted trees establish and ensuring they continue to thrive after planting.
