Kevin Murphy launches Hair.Resort.Spray

A texture spray for year-round beachy waves

HAIR.RESORT.SPRAY is a non-aerosol, weightless hair thickener that can be used to recreate year−round beachy waves.  Ideal for fine to medium textured hair, HAIR.RESORT.SRPAY is part-foundation and part-finishing, resulting in a natural look with the minimum of time and product.

“Living in Australia, I see women with soft, natural-looking surfer-style hair year-round,” says Kevin Murphy, international session stylist and founder of KEVIN.MURPHY.  “I love the look and wanted to create a product that would transform hair to look like you’ve been to the beach, even if you haven’t.”

HAIR.RESORT.SPRAY does not contain any fluorocarbons or hydrocarbons and utilises essential oils of tangerine and honey, amino acids, hydrolysed silk and panthenol for body and strength and citrus extracts for a fresh summery fragrance.  It gives medium hold to your style.  Simply spray into damp or dry hair, scrunch-in and go!

All KEVIN.MURPHY products are biodegradable, paraben and sulphate-free and contain essential oils that act as bio-catalysts with natural regenerative, moisturising and strengthening properties.  The packaging is 100% recyclable and the range is based on an environmentally-friendly Australian philosophy − KEVIN.MURPHY supports the Australian Conservation Foundation, which works with the community, business and government to protect, restore and sustain the environment.

Kevin Murphy has been selected as a Climate Connector by The Al Gore Climate Project, a non-profit making organisation dedicated to educating the public about the harmful effects of climate change.  In this role Kevin shares advice with the stylist community about adopting sustainable measures that will help the industry to reduce its carbon footprint and make a difference to the planet.
