A non-aerosol styling mist; instantly transforms hair

TEXTURE.MASTER is a texture mist that creates instant volume and hold for all hair types.  The non-aerosol, stronghold spray can be used to create exaggerated height and texture in a full-bodied beehive or simply to add extra oomph to your style.

“I was inspired by the glamorous bouffants and beehives of the 60s, like those of supermodel Jean Shrimpton and Brigitte Bardot, but achieving textured, overly-teased, massive hair can be a challenge,” says Kevin Murphy, international session stylist and founder of KEVIN.MURPHY.  He continues:  “My aim was to create a product that would allow me to quickly and effortlessly craft this top trend for runways and editorials.  TEXTURE.MASTER adds instant texture and volume, without all the fuss!”
 
“In addition to developing a fast-working texturiser with strong hold, I wanted to expand the company’s eco-friendly efforts by making the product a non-aerosol spray.  My goal was to create an innovative product that worked like an aerosol but without hydrocarbons, fluorocarbons or propellants.  “I went to many labs before I found one that was able to incorporate these green elements and preserve the integrity of the product.  That’s when TEXTURE.MASTER was born.”

All KEVIN.MURPHY products are biodegradable, paraben and sulphate-free and contain essential oils that act as bio-catalysts, with natural regenerative, moisturising and strengthening properties.  The packaging is 100% recyclable and the range is based on an environmentally-friendly Australian philosophy − KEVIN.MURPHY supports the Australian Conservation Foundation, which works with the community, business and government to protect, restore and sustain the environment. .

Kevin Murphy has been selected as a Climate Connector by The Al Gore Climate Project, a non-profit making organisation dedicated to educating the public about the harmful effects of climate change.  In this role Kevin shares advice with the stylist community about adopting sustainable measures that will help the industry to reduce its carbon footprint and make a difference to the planet.
