Great service from Phil, arranging the appointment was easy and he was able to fit me in quickly as I had left arranging our EPC last minute. He arrived on time (our appointment was towards the end of the day and he had already confirmed he was running on time which is great when you're standing around in an empty house!). He was very efficient and had a wealth of knowledge (not just about EPCs!).
His pricing is also very reasonable and I liked the fact he shares his prices on his website.
