DS1500 Display

Factory configured to user specifications, the DS1500 can display measurements in °C dewpoint, °F dewpoint, ppm(V), ppb(V), g/m³, or lb/MMSCF on a large, six-digit, red LED display, providing clear and immediate data readouts. It offers Process Variable (PV) retransmission in 0-20 or 4-20 mA and is user-configurable to input pressure for pressure dewpoint conversion — offering a solution that is as versatile as it is reliable.

DIS030 Dewpoint Display

A compact, self-contained, single-channel, 4-digit LED display designed for seamless integration with the range of PDT dewpoint transmitters. Weighing only 125 g, this lightweight display is perfect for direct installation on the transmitter using the secure M12 connector.

The DIS030 display offers ease of use and installation, providing a straightforward solution when local indication is required. With its adjustable design, the display can rotate 270 degrees for better positioning, while the display fascia rotates 360 degrees to accommodate the placement of your dewpoint transmitter. Designed for operator convenience, the Model 6020 features our unique automatic calibration (AutoCal) and three hotkey functions accessible from the front panel, allowing easy setup of alarm trip points, unit selection and access restrictions. RS485 connectivity means users can easily configure the device for integration with PC systems, providing digital output for remote data interrogation. The PDT Dewpoint Transmitter offers a practical approach to continuous dewpoint measurement, catering for diverse requirements down to -60 °C dewpoint and available with three specific dewpoint ranges: -60 °C to +20 °C, -40 °C to +30 °C and -20 °C to +50 °C.

The compact 2-wire, 4-20 mA loop-powered transmitter features a bulk polymer sensing element — delivering excellent accuracy, stability and response speed across various dewpoint ranges. It is engineered to withstand pressures up to 5,000 kPa (50 barg), ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions. It offers IP65/NEMA 4 protection and for enhanced safety and reliability, the electrical connections are made via a durable M12 industrial connector.

SS-TEG Standard Sample System

Designed to extract, condition and analyse a sample of natural gas with potential TEG or heavy hydrocarbon condensate presence. — ensuring samples are optimal for accurate moisture measurement, then safely vented or returned to the process.

Designed for reliable moisture analysis in the presence of Triethylene Glycol (TEG) or heavy hydrocarbon condensate, the SS-TEG Dewpoint Sample System is essential for natural gas dehydration processes. Triethylene Glycol is hygroscopic, effectively absorbing water from natural gas, which is crucial for meeting pipeline specifications and preventing corrosion and hydrate formation. TEG contactors, integral to natural gas processing plants, facilitate the glycol dehydration process within a contactor tower. As the glycol absorbs moisture and becomes saturated, it descends, allowing the dried natural gas to ascend for further processing.

SS-1 & SS-2 Sample Systems

Precision-engineered sample systems for continuous trace moisture measurement of process gas and dry compressed air, designed specifically for low-pressure systems.

The SS-1 operates with the sensor at atmospheric pressure, while the SS-2 operates at system pressure, both accommodating a maximum inlet pressure of 50 barg (725 psi). They include comprehensive pressure and flow control, sample filtration to remove particulates, an auxiliary inlet for a second sample or calibration gas, and an outlet for sample recovery or disposal.

Manufactured for durability and reliability, these systems offer a compact, easy-to-install design that comes fully assembled. Their modular build is ideal for panel, surface, or weatherproof mounting, and features high-quality stainless steel pipework and fittings, with all major components clearly labelled and a flow schematic displayed on the aluminium front panel.

SS-3 & SS-4 Sample Systems

    

Designed for high-pressure applications exceeding 100 barg, crucial for industries where condensation risk must be minimised to prevent bacterial growth and corrosion in systems.

The SS-3 and SS-4 are engineered to handle a maximum inlet pressure of 300 barg (4,350 psi), with the SS-3 designed to operate the sensor at atmospheric pressure, and the SS-4 at system pressure. They include comprehensive controls for pressure and flow, sample filtration to protect against particulates, an auxiliary inlet for additional sample streams or calibration gases, and an outlet for sample recovery or disposal.

Manufactured for durability and ease of use, these systems come fully assembled with a compact, modular design that can be mounted on panels or surfaces, with an optional weatherproof enclosure. The construction includes high-quality stainless steel pipework and fittings, and all internal electrical connections are securely wired to the main terminal block. Each major component is labelled, and a clear flow schematic is visible on the aluminium front panel.

SS-NGH Standard Sampling System

An easy-to-install, compact sample system for sampling trace moisture content in clean, dry natural gas — suitable for installation in hazardous areas.

Manufactured using high-quality components, the SS-NGH includes a particle filter, flow indicator, sensor/transmitter, sensor holder, sensor cable, pressure gauge and a heated pressure regulator.

A range of Alpha Moisture Systems’ displays are suitable for installation in the safe area with a Zener barrier or signal isolator. Installing a sample system for your natural gas applications will help reduce contamination levels and process pressures with the process stream in the liquid phase.

The SS-NGH is configurable so there is pressure reduction upstream of the sensor for measuring atmospheric pressure dewpoint and moisture concentration and a reduction in pressure downstream of the sensor for disposal after measuring the dewpoint at sample pressure.

Designed for reliable performance, the SS-NGH sample system ensures accurate and efficient trace moisture measurement in natural gas applications. While we can supply a standard configuration, this sample system is customizable to suit your application requirements.

BTP01 | Bluetooth Printer

    

A portable printing solution, ideally suited for the demanding conditions of fieldwork. The lightweight printer connects via Bluetooth to our SADPmini2-L and SADPmini2-Ex dewpoint meters, rapidly printing live data, stored readings, or screenshot graphs.

Engineered for portability, the BTP01 Printer comes equipped with a protective carry case featuring a belt loop for enhanced device security. The transparent window on the case allows easy access to function buttons without removing the printer, minimising the risk of damage.

It features a direct thermal printing method for high-quality, maintenance-free outputs, along with easy paper roll replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
