The original company in the group, Biodeg (formulations) Ltd was established in 1983 to complement major chemical companies existing facilities. In 1989 Biodeg Chemical Co Ltd was formed to manufacture speciality chemicals, and concentrated on three main areas: -
- Toll and Custom Manufacture
- Small lot or nuisance chemicals
- Difficult or Hazardous chemicals
