Power/Data/AV distribution systems are supplied by Burland Technology across the entire connectivity chain. Our products include Power FloorTM underfloor track, GazelleTM and SpringbokTM floor boxes, access grommets, under desk, above desk, on desk and in desk power as well as basic and intelligent data center power solutions. Additionally, we have designed and fabricated scores of custom products to address specific connectivity challenges.

Under Floor Range
A diverse selection of tap-off lengths and types is available for connecting to the floor track.

Floor Boxes Range
We offer a complete range of raised floor and screed floor boxes in 2, 3, and 4 compartment options. Standard features include metal back boxes with ABS frames and lids, with stainless steel lid options available. Our Springbok range provides a cost-effective alternative to the Gazelle Floor Box range. All products are designed and built to EN10327:2004 and BS EN50085 Part 2-2 standards.

Multi Port Grommets Range
For general office and data center installations, Electropatent multi-port access grommets are available in different configurations. These grommets facilitate the safe management and routing of power, data, and AV cables from the subfloor to desk cable management and distribution systems.

Burland Box Range
The Burland Box delivers power and data services to individual or shared desks, serving as the original alternative to floor boxes.

Desk Power Range
We offer a range of products designed for various needs that fit under desks, keeping them discreetly out of sight. These units should connect permanent IT and lighting equipment, link to building services, and provide power to user-accessible outlets above the desk.

While based in Suffolk, Burland has operated globally for many years. As a result of our global footprint, we can provide standardised solutions to multi-national clients with whom we have been doing business for many years. Our export credentials are strengthened by our internationally patented innovations.

Although we have comprehensive product lines spanning a wide range of industries, the majority of our sales activity is done through consultation. Our services range from full scheme design to simply supplying commodity items.

We operate carbon-neutrally by using electric vehicles and self-generating electricity.

The 'Workplace Hygiene' division at Burland Technology was established in 2020 to provide solutions during the COVID pandemic and to research future solutions for workplace safety and hygiene.

Burland supports the Suffolk Foundation's efforts to improve the lives of members in our neighbourhood. In order to stop contemporary slavery in global supply networks, we are also founding members of the Slave Free Alliance.
