Multi-Port Floor Grommets
IP66 Floor Grommets
IP66 Floor Grommets designed for indoor use, in areas with controlled water conditions. They are IP rated when the lid is closed. A compact solution for power and data distribution.
IP67 Floor Boxes
IP67 Floor Boxes for use in areas with controlled water conditions. This means they are suitable for wet wash floor environments when the boxes are sealed and not in use. Optional day lids can be used so that cables can exit the box with a lid still in place (not IP rated when day lid installed).

IEC CX Locking Sockets
The CX combines C13, C15, C19 and C21 outlets into a single locking socket. This socket accepts C14, C16, C20 and C22 plugs making it a highly versatile and compact option for power distribution.

Burland Technology Solutions Ltd has worked with multinational clients in commercial interiors since 1993. There is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to clients, buildings, or project briefs. With a solid understanding of the market, an empathic understanding of our clients, and a willingness to design new products or customise existing ones, we are adept at meeting your needs.
Power/Data/AV distribution systems are supplied by Burland Technology across the entire connectivity chain. Our products include Power FloorTM underfloor track, GazelleTM and SpringbokTM floor boxes, access grommets, under desk, above desk, on desk and in desk power as well as basic and intelligent data center power solutions. Additionally, we have designed and fabricated scores of custom products to address specific connectivity challenges.

Above Desk Range
Personal power or convenience modules are typically installed in easily accessible locations, most often on desktops. Available in a range of styles, these customisable units can be configured to deliver 230V power, USB-A and USB-C charging, along with HDMI and CAT6 network connections, enabling mobile workers to plug directly into networks and AV systems.
In & Under Desk Range
All fixed electrical equipment on a workstation should have its power sources kept discreetly out of view. Our range of in-desk and under-desk power modules can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of each setup. Proper installation should also include effective cable management, ensuring the workspace remains safe, secure, and protected from unnecessary interference.
In & Under Floor Range
The underfloor plenum in a modern office serves as an ideal pathway for routing both data cabling and power track systems. We provide 63A and 32A solutions to ensure reliable power distribution across an entire floor plate. This power can be accessed either through direct connections via access grommets or through a variety of floor boxes.
Retail & Data Centre Solutions
The prevalence of AV displays and LED lighting on most Point-of-Sale fixtures now mean that power is needed on virtually all displays. Burland have built a reputation over the last 30 years as the “go to” partners to assist in the design and specification of power distribution in retail environments. Our solutions vary from the simplest to very complex, customised products which monitor and control consumption to prevent overload by load shedding.

While based in Suffolk, Burland has operated globally for many years. Although we have comprehensive product lines spanning a wide range of industries, the majority of our sales activity is done through consultation. Our services range from full scheme design to simply supplying commodity items.
