PCB Terminal Blocks
CamdenBoss PCB terminal blocks come in a variety of sizes and styles.
- Rising clamp PCB terminal blocks give excellent repeatable clamping performance. They can accept a wide range of wire sizes both solid and stranded and with or without ferrules. They have a much wider range of wire size acceptance than wire protector types.
- Economical and versatile, wire protector PCB terminal blocks are ideal for many applications although not for repeated connections. They can accept a wide range of wire sizes both solid and stranded and with or without ferrules.
- Two-part plug and socket type PCB terminal blocks are ideal for assemblies with many connections. They are often used on high value boards where repair downtime can be minimised.
- Screwless PCB terminal blocks are often used where high volume or quick assembly is needed. No tools are required to make connection if solid wire or stranded with ferrules is used. The wire will open the gate and be secured just by pushing it in. Some types have actuators or a tool slot which allow stranded wires to be used without ferrules.
DIN Rail Terminal Blocks
DIN Rail terminal blocks provide users with a handy and useful way of connecting wires together on a DIN rail system, by using a pluggable method. The terminal block that is mounted to the DIN rail feautres wire terminals in which the service engineer can connect wires using the rising clamp terminals, on the other end is a header styled connector. using this end antoher pluggable terminal block with its own wire entry points can be plugged in, creating a circuit in which the two wire assemblies are now connected. This kind of connection method is ideal for applications where the connection may need to be broken for maintenance, without needing to unscrew all of the wires. CamdenBoss' range of DIN rail terminal blocks are available in 5mm pitch and 5.08mm pitch.

Versatile IoT and Sensor Enclosures
CamdenBoss' versatile IoT and sensor enclosures section is made up of the 1500 Series Universal Smart Enclosure and the Room Sensor Enclosure. Both electronic housings provide an abundance of features and benefits that make them practical for today’s smart enclosure applications. Both product ranges have wall mounting capabilities which is required for smart devices and also include vented options, ideal for environmental sensor or touchless devices such as air detection, motion detection, social distance monitoring, heating controls, gas detection and smart lighting products. Available in three colours: white, black and grey, the enclosures are ideal for our many customisation capabilities and feature recessed lids should overlays, keypads or membranes need to be integrated into the design.
Universal Enclosures
This selection of plastic enclosures has been grouped together to provide a broad insight into the variety of electronic enclosures CamdenBoss has to offer. A variety of materials such as ABS and polycarbonate materials can be found, suited to different indoor and outdoor applications, with compliance ratings covering IP54 up to IP65 with the addition of gasket accessories. Modern shaped plastic enclosures, with recessed faces provide areas for keypad overlays and membranes to be used and protected, whilst wall mounting options include mounting flanges for wall systems and control electronics.
Heavy Duty Enclosures
CamdenBoss' selection of robust and heavy duty plastic enclosures have been designed to withstand more challenging and demanding environments. A mixture of high grade polycarbonate and ABS plastic enclosures provide a natural impact resistance to the housed electronics and are ideal for industrial and outdoor applications. IP ratings from IP65 up to IP67 options are available keeping the plastic enclosure protected against the elements. Low profile enclosures are available in this range, equipped with pole mounting options for applications such as IoT and network electronics. Flanged housings provide wall and surface mounting capabilities, to secure and stabilise. Our strongest plastic enclosures, the X series is available in three types, the X6 provides cable entry knockouts for junction and control electronics, the X7 is better equipped for internal space and impact resistance, and the X8 provides a hinged door, perfect for control centres, power management and centralised electronic systems.

Diecast Enclosures
Diecast aluminium enclosures are extremely protective and durable, providing a hardwearing external shell to the housed electronics inside. CamdenBoss' diecast enclosure range is available with IP ratings from IP54 up to IP67, catering for indoor or outdoor applications. Available in a variety of sizes, the aluminium housings can also be selected in multiple colours and finishes, offering a premium and professional finish to your metal product. Optional accessories such as gaskets and wall mount brackets, adding further value to the aluminium enclosures. In addition to the standard diecast aluminium enclosures available, a range of electrical button housings are available, with precut holes, speeding up assembly and reducing customisation costs.
DIN Rail Modular Enclosures
CamdenBoss CNMB DIN rail enclosures, featuring a modular design. Terminal guards and top covers can be snap fitted for a quick and simple assembly. PCB's can be placed into the DIN rail enclosure in five different positions, allowing freedom of layout, depending on the space required. Available in different lengths, the CNMB series is the ideal enclosures for DIN rail systems in a multitude of industries. Possible applications include, power breakers, HVAC, network interfaces, IoT devices, condition monitors and bus systems. The DIN rail clips located on the base of the plastic enclosures double up as surface mount lugs if required. Kits are available to order.
High and Low Profile DIN Rail Enclosures
CamdenBoss' High and Low Profile DIN Rail Enclosures offer modular design features. Terminal guards and top covers can be snap fitted for a quick and easy assembly. PCB's can be placed into the DIN Rail enclosure in five different positions, providing a flexible approach to PCB positioning and assembly. This can be used to maximise the internal space used for larger components or multiple board requirements. Available in two different lengths, the High and Low Profile DIN Rail Enclosure series are the ideal enclosures for DIN Rail systems in many industries. Possible applications include: HVAC, network interfaces, IoT devices, data loggers and power management. The DIN Rail clips located on the base of the plastic enclosures can also be used as surface mount lugs, if required. Kits are available to order.
Extendable Modular Enclosures
The CMEB DIN rail mounting enclosure comes equipped with four screw terminals on each side of the housing, with solder tags on the inside for a quick and easy way of connecting electrical systems to the components and PCB inside.
