elevate fm was created to give our clients one point of contact for multiple services, in turn saving them a lot of time, hassle and money. the concept was initially considered when one of the owners found himself being asked multiple times by his clients “do you know anyone who can help us with this”. because customers trusted him, they wanted the services delivered in the same way.
to ensure his reputation was protected and the customer got the required service, he took charge of the contractors and started to manage the process for the client. clients then started coming to him for more services because they knew that would get honest, transparent & quality work, managed correctly and at a fair price.
