Very happy with the customer service of evacusafe. Their staff took the pressure away from me by looking around my factory and advising me exactly which Evacusafe chairs I needed to cover me legally. I took them up on some training for my staff which went extremely well. I'm happy to say that to date we've not had to use the chairs in a real situation but it's good to know they are in place if worst comes to the worst. 5 stars for you guys, thank you.

I had a little problem with an Excel chair, which I reported to the company. I was absolutely delighted with their customer service. Dave arrived when he said he would and was very courteous and helpful. I was very impressed by his journey through Britain! Coming all the way from Basingstoke to Northumberland to collect the chair. A replacement chair arrived the next day so there was no interruption in having a chair available. Alison''s communications were exemplary keeping me informed about what was happening. So thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and colleagues in the future.
