Moulded Cases

Moulded cases are produced using Polypropylene or ABS material and are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes. There are two full ranges of injection moulded polypropylene cases and over 60 sizes of ABS cases so we should always be able to fit the design brief. ABS Cases

ABS moulded cases are produced using virgin ABS material mated to non mitred aluminium extruded frames. This gives great strength, light weight and an extremely smart appearance. There are over 60 standard tools for moulding these ABS cases so there is sure to be a size to suit your needs. (see: http://www.incasesolutions.com/abs_size_chart.html ) Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is the perfect high impact strength plastic for this type of application.

Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases - PP Range

Our PP range offers a wide range of lightweight, high quality polypropylene cases available in many colours & sizes. Manufactured from rigid and recyclable polypropylene the PP range of cases offers a solution at a cost that will fit almost any budget.
These cases are also able to be printed with logo or product informations and we are able to supply bespoke foam interiors to almost any specification.

Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases - SP Range

Our SP range offers strong but lightweight, high quality polypropylene cases in a wide range of sizes and colours. Manufactured from rigid and recyclable polypropylene the SP range of cases offers a solution at a cost that will fit almost any budget and with eight sizes and eight colors there is a total of 64 variations available in this range alone.
The cases in this range feature pinned hinges, lid support struts (removable if 180 degree opening is required) and independent catches (not ‘live’ hinged).
We are also able to customise by printing logos and providing bespoke foam interiors.

DuroCases

Available in three standard sizes the tough DuroCases are IP67 rated and supplied with cubed foam in layers in the base and with profile (eggbox) foam in the case lid.

Aluminium Cases

Aluminium cases can be made to many different specifications depending upon your requirements.
There are two standard Alu-Lite cases. Both have paperwork folios in the lid and are fully lined to give a luxury interior appearance.

Lightweight aluminium framed AceCases, more traditional aluminium Transit Cases, Full Flight Cases and IP rated Heavy Duty Obsidian Cases are all built to the customers exact specification, build to order and with a minimum order quantity of just 5 off per design. Alu-Lite Cases

The Alulite Cases are modern and light weight designs. Two models are currently available and both have document lid portfolio, fully lined interior and have two combination locks for added security.

Both models are normally available from stock.

Ace Cases

AceCase if the perfect solution when the aim is to keep weight down but strong construction is required.

These AceCases are manufactured using the latest lightweight materials and can be build to almost any specification or size (within reason!) Lightweight hollow honeycomb panels are used and the aluminium extrusions are anodised to give a high quality satin sheen.
There is a minimim order of five due to factory set up costs.

Transit Cases

Our aluminium transit cases are tailor made to ensure the perfect fit for your items or equipment.
Made from a lightweight aluminium these cases may have butterfly or toggle lock, lid support & continuous hinges and may have a variety of wheels/handle systems or castors if required.

These cases are often foam lined or may have bespoke interiors.
A minimum order of five applies.

Flight Cases

Our Full Flight Case uses 10mm or 12mm aluminium faced birch plywood with strong heavy duty aluminium sections which ensures the case gives you the toughest specification, to keep your products safe. These heavy duty flight cases will normally have recessed catches, handles and stays to protect them from damage and abuse. Larger FullFlight Cases will normally have 100mm castor wheels with caged ball rotation and castor action bearings. They dont come any tougher than our FullFlight cases.

This bespoke product has a minimum order of five items.

Heavy Duty Obsidian Black Flight Cases

Our Heavy duty Obsidian Case is an upgrade from normal aluminium flight cases or two piece moulded cases. Imagine an IP rated case that you can have to the EXACT dimensions you require. Obsidian is the one and only case of its type on the market. No more buying a standard stormproof case that is twice the depth you need and filling it up with foam. Never again buy a case thats 'close enough'. These are manufactured to YOUR requirements and will fit your equipment precisely. Fabricated or CNC routed foam interiors can be made to suit your items exactly.
NB Due to factory set up costs a minimum order quantity of 5 applies to this bespoke style of case.

Instrument Cases / Tablet cases

Instrument cases are designed to protect your portable device from damage in the field. Made from leather and a variety of PVC & Polyurethane materials, these cases can be designed exactly how you want them with zip, Velcro or press-studded closure, multiple access points, screen covers and flaps, belt clips, lanyards and shoulder straps, etc. etc. These bespoke bags may also have embroidery, blind embossed, printed or encapsulated logos.

We will normally ask for a loan device (a damaged unit will be fine) so that we can design the bag to be an exact fit. You wouldn't have a made to measure suit made without going to the tailors......we can't make a MADE TO MEASURE case without having your device (and artwork if a logo is required)

Bespoke Stitched Bags

Padded Bags and covers can be manufactured to any size and shape with carry handles, shoulder straps, pockets, padded foam interiors, wheels and tow handles, screen printing or embroidery.
If you can sketch it, we can probably make it. We use 600D woven polyester material which is PVC backed to make it waterproof and very tough. Foam may be placed between the outer and inner membranes to give padded protection or a complete die cut or CNC routed insert may be produced to give a completely bespoke and very lightweight transpotation solution.

TC1 ABS Toolcase

TC1 Tool Case - A briefcase sized professional ABS tool case for engineers that do not need the facility to carry large, heavy tools. Dimensions 411mm x 312mm x 122mm make this a compact, hard wearing toolcase that will give years of service.

TC2 ABS Toolcase
