.Since John retired in 2023, Des Carrington has taken over as Managing Director supported by his wife Sue and, more recently, Hannah Durden (John’s daughter) as Development Manager and Will Durden (John's son) as Commercial Director. We directly employ a team of experienced craftsmen to maintain control of the quality of our work as well as working with various local sub-contractors with whom we have long-standing and trusted relationships.
