The Best Company!
We had our beautiful London Diamonds engagement ring for a couple of years when it had a tragic accident and had to undergo significant repair work. LD went above and beyond to look after us and completed the work to the highest of standards. My fiance was worried that it wouldn't be 'her' ring anymore but it was perfect in every way and identical to the ring she had.

In a world where quality of customer service is declining, if I could give 6 Stars to London Diamonds I would. They are truly an unbelievable company run by wonderful people.

Simply excellent! From start to finish, London Diamonds were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They’re responsive, straight forward and easy to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and catered to our needs and price with ease. The quality of the ring itself is excellent and you can tell it’s been made with precision and care. It is really sparkly which my fiancé loves! The collection process was smooth, friendly and professional. The ring was made really quickly too (especially given the Christmas and new year break). Got my engagement ring nearly 4 years ago from London Diamonds. All been fine but I stupidly trapped my hand in a door and totally mangled my ring. Got back in touch and James was totally honest about my options, said they’d do their best to repair it. I’ve now got my ring back and it’s like new. Service is fantastic, wasn’t pushed into having a new setting, excellent communication & never interactions never feel like a sales tactic. Can’t recommend London Diamonds enough!

I contacted London Diamonds on Instagram after my partner proposed with a high street brand diamond engagement ring that I didn’t like so it was returned!
James was responsive and informative throughout the whole process, I was sent photos of the ring design and the diamond before the ring was made. I’m so glad I chose London Diamonds, excellent customer service and the ring is perfect!

From initial contact, design, delivery and then repair after an unfortunate accident, the London Diamonds team have been truly excellent every step of the way. If like me, you’re a little sceptical of an Insta-famous jeweller, I can categorically say London Diamonds will make your diamond dreams come true at a reasonable price, as opposed to the inflated high street jeweller prices elsewhere! London Diamonds have been excellent to work with from start to finish. I sent some ideas of styles from their Instagram for guidance as to what I wanted and they nailed the design at the first time of asking. Communication was great, the process was straight forward and up front, they held the ring once complete so that they could deliver it to me on the day that I wanted and the packaging they sent is discrete externally and lovely internally! If I needed an engagement ring again and again I’d pick London Diamonds every time.
I couldn’t love my engagement ring anymore but it’s the after care that separates London Diamonds from other jewellers.
I’ve needed a ring resize and then knocked my ring and my concerns were instantly resolved. I was never made to feel anything other than prioritised which goes along way after a huge purchase like a ring.
I am so grateful my ring came from London Diamonds and I tell anyone I can about them, it’s probably why my 2 sisters got their ring from London Diamonds too!

This is probably the best service I’ve received from any type of business in a long while. James is knowledgeable, and educates you through the process. What floored me the most, was that we told James our budget and requirements, and he managed to find the most beautiful diamond for us, which was far beyond our expectations of spec and came way under our budget, such honesty. Cannot praise the team highly enough! From the start I felt listened to, absolutely no hard sell, just honest answers and helpful advice as I fumbled around with settling on what I wanted. Communication and replies were almost instant and I felt valued as a customer no matter what amount I was spending on my ring (well, spending on my husband’s behalf😉) When my eternity ring arrived it was completely PERFECT. I put this down to how transparent the initial designing process was. James just seemed to really ‘get’ what I wanted and didn’t disappoint. I got so much more for my money than previous rings I had seen in jewellery shops. Would hand on heart recommend.

Working with London Diamonds and James has been one of the single best commercial experiences I’ve ever had. So much so that I’ve purchased additional items from them and am actively saving up for more. I have told everyone about them and am now even writing my first google review!

Having a lab grown diamond was really important to me and, having stalked their Instagram page for years, I knew I wouldn’t go to anyone else when it came time to buy my engagement right. James sourced a diamond of excellent quality and in the rare old mine cut that I had never seen before on a lab grown diamond. From the very start he was transparent about pricing and timings and both were very fair and reflective of the quality and service. He communicated with me directly at every stage of the design process and made sure I was always happy.

Recently I had the prong setting changed (due only to my own style preference and not at all to do with the quality of the setting) and James accepted the ring back without question or ego and turned it around in a matter of days. He’s professional, polite, upfront and responds quickly and efficiently. I always knew I was getting a fair and honest service and I truly cannot recommend them enough! We will absolutely be going to them for our wedding rings and any other jewellery we have made in the future. I now have the most beautiful ring in the world and if he doesn’t post it all over his socials, I certainly will!
