After factoring in the expenses associated with opulent showrooms, polished sales personnel, advertising, and the ostensibly "complimentary" champagne, as well as the mark up imposed by multiple intermediaries and third-party sellers, the final price paid significantly exceeds the true value of the diamonds utilised.
