Martin Thompson Joinery has a rich history and a strong reputation in the industry. The company was established in 1983 by Martin Thompson, a fully qualified bench joiner and carpenter who worked tirelessly to establish the company from workshops at his home in Ramsey Mereside, Huntingdon. Due to their excellent craftsmanship and unbeatable customer service, the business quickly outgrew its original location. Martin Thompson’s search for new premises led to the discovery of a bigger space down Mereside Drove, which allowed the company to expand and satisfy the growing demand for their products. Throughout the years, the company has generously invested in young local apprentices, many of whom remain a part of the company to this day. Currently, Martin Thompson Joinery boasts of a team of 16 employees including skilled joiners, cabinet makers, CNC operators and three teams of skilled installers.
