Kitchen Backsplashes
Metal Sheets Ltd are manufacturers and suppliers of Kitchen Backsplashes in Copper, Hammered Copper, Antique Copper, Brass, Hammered Brass, Antique Brass, Zinc, Aged Zinc and Stainless Steel to custom sizes for commercial and domestic kitchens.
Our Kitchen Backsplashes can supplied with or without fixing holes. Commercial kitchens typically use stainless steel backsplashes in economy grade 430 and the higher quality grade 304 stainless steel though we also supply patterned embossed finishes.
Popular at the moment are copper backsplashes in natural and mirror finish, our copper is also naturally antimicrobial.
Upstands for the back of units, trims, cover strips and corner angles are also available.
Copper, Brass, Zinc, Bronze & Pewter are live metals and will naturally patina with age and use and become rustic. This is part of the charm. Lacquer can be applied to keep the original look but is does detract from that raw metal feel. Cleaning is with soapy water only, bees wax can be applied to moderate the rate of patina. Mirror finishes maintain with Brasso. Aged finishes also continue to patina.

Brass & Copper Signs
Metal Sheets Ltd are manufactures and supplies bespoke metal signage, specialising in brass signs and copper signs. We have CNC cutting, engraving and folding machinery to produce bespoke signs to your designs. Many of the copper signs and brass signs we produce are artificially aged after fabrication to produce an antique finish.
We specialise in aged antique patina finishes for brass signs and copper signs though we also supply aged zinc signs, rusted corten steel signs and bronze signs.
The brass we use for our signs is grade CZ120, the finish can be Traditional Natural, Mirror Polished or Antiqued.
The copper we use for signs grade C106, the finish can be Classic Natural, Mirror or Antiqued.
We can also lacquer the finished signs if required.

Front door − Entry door − Commercial door kick plates will protect your doors from foot traffic, typically many people push doors open or keep them ajar with a foot. Kick plates can be narrow to protect the lower part of the door or they can be half height if trolleys etc are pushed through door openings. Our copper kick plates are antimicrobial and so help reduce transmission of disease especially when combined with our copper door finger push plates. This makes them suitable for hospitals, surgeries, restaurants, schools, canteens, food factories etc.

Metal Sheets Ltd manufactures wall corner protectors and wall protectors in custom sizes.
Adding wall edge protectors and corner protection reduces maintenance costs and prolongs a good appearance in high traffic areas such as door ways, lift door entrances, building entrances, corridors etc.
We can drill fixing holes if required or you can fix with construction tape or adhesive as appropriate.
Aluminium chequer plate and galvanised steel wall protectors and corner protectors are rugged and industrial. Stainless Steel, copper and brass wall protectors and corner protectors are more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Copper and brass will patina with age and become rustic looking.

Metal Sheets Ltd supplies a simple stainless steel commercial kitchen wall cladding system. It is available in budget grade 430 stainless steel or the higher quality grade 304 stainless steel. We manufacture the cladding to your sizes for self fixing. The stainless steel sheet can be glued fixed or screw fixed depending on the application.
The stainless sheet complies with food regulations and the wall cladding is easy to clean and maintain. The system comprises of sheets up to 2500mm x 1250mm with a complimentary range of pressed stainless steel profile sections to cope with corners and joints.
The sheet is available in Bright or Brushed Finish, all are compatible and are often used together in the same project.

Metal Sheets Ltd are suppliers of unbreakable Stainless Steel Safety Mirrors, we have standard sizes or we can manufacture to your sizes. These safety mirrors are suitable for public buildings, gyms, food factories, toilets, horse stables, warehouses and more.
Our safety mirrors are made from high quality 1.2mm thick grade 304, (18/8), stainless steel which has a unique mirror polish. There is no grain, it is near perfect and it is difficult to tell from glass. At 1.2mm thick, (thicker than many of our competitors), our safety mirrors are more rigid and less vulnerable to distortion during fixing.

Corten Steel Sheet
Metal Sheets Ltd are suppliers of natural and rusted Corten Steel and Weathering Steel sheet. We also manufacturer corten and weathering steel signage, corten and weathering steel planters and corten and weathering steel raised garden beds.
We produce a rust patina quickly on Corten and Weathering Steel by speeding up the natural rusting process, it takes just a few days, whereas in nature this can take 12 months.

Perforated Stainless Steel Sheet
Metal Sheets Ltd are suppliers of Perforated Stainless Steel Sheet Metal, we offer full sheets and a Cut to Size service.
Perforated stainless steel sheets can be used for technical purposes such as strainers, filters and sieves in food processing, brewing and acoustic diffusers as well as interior design and architectural features. Our perforated stainless sheets are in grades 304 and 316 stainless steel as shown in the table below.

This standard range of products is aimed at new installations and replacements for existing stainless steel and aluminium door handles.
We have other styles currently being designed to suit different types of doors and fixings, these will be on show here as soon as manufacturing begins.
