Premier Spa is able to tell us a client''s entire history, from what they''ve had done in the past to the bookings they have lined up. We can run any kind of report including one that shows us who our top ten clients are. This information is valuable in building customer loyalty. Finally, staff work on a commission basis and so we measure performance quite closely. Premier Spa can show us hours worked, clients they have seen and the revenue they have brought in.
