It is company policy to take Health & Safety and the temporary structure regulations very seriously to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and the public.

All parties have a duty of care to both the public and the crews working on site. This includes the venue owner/operator, the event organiser, the marquee structure contractor and other contractors working on the same site.

Whilst we appreciate that there is always a “cheaper” contractor, we want our customers to know that our prices will reflect not only the cost of hiring or buying first class equipment but also first class safety.

Rest assured we guarantee your temporary structure is built in accordance with the highest safety standards

Not limited to supplying equipment in structures, we also supply direct to hotels, indoor venues and private events.

Our experienced site managers will undertake a complimentary site survey not  only to ensure that we provide you with the optimum structural solution but to also asses any risks and obstacles that may be present on the site.

Each project will be designed in accordance with the specific requirements of the client based upon the project or event type. CAD plans will be produced and tailored to your needs taking into account all of the findings of the site evaluation.

For structures that are to be utilised for a period of 28 days or longer, planning permission is required, this also extends to emergency buildings. However as stated in the 1996 planning act, planning permission is not required if a refurbishment is taking place.

Our fully trained, experienced in house installation team will deliver your marquee structure or temporary building and will work tirelessly to install it to the highest of standards and within delivery time scales. When the contract ends or the event has taken place we will arrange a suitable date and time to dismantle the structure and leave the site clean and tidy.

We are pleased to be able to offer you the option to purchase, hire or lease your semi permanent building, providing a flexible financial option.

Marquee Structures / Frame & Covers

Wind & Snow Loading – In line with current temporary structure regulations all temporary structures in the Relocatable hire range have the following values wind loading 0.50Kn/sqm / wind speed of 100Km/h DIN EN 13782

Semi permanent structures/buildings meet with comprehensive structural generic stability calculation certificates. This means that the building will meet the UK Building Regulations for both wind (BS6399 part 2 1997) and snow (BS6399 part 3 1988) loadings. Calculated based upon a specific post code where the structure is to be installed.
