Highly recommend Soft Touch Water Softeners. Paul came out to see us and talk us through where we could install and how the system works. The installation was booked and their wonderful plumber Della was friendly, professional, and very neat in her work! We are super happy with our soft water and it has connected into Alexa for easy updates on salt volume remaining etc... We chose an outside installation based on space requirements and the options for the metal box in green looks super neat. If you live in Kent where we have lots of hard water, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Soft Touch Water Softeners and seeing how they could help!

Paul and his team have given us first-class service from initial enquiry, survey, installation and salt and filter supplies! The softened water has made a significant difference to the taste of our drinking water, reduced the amount of washing detergent and completely removed the need for salt and rinse-aid in our dishwasher! Even our steam oven and iron no longer need descaling! In every way, the installation of a Soft Touch water softener has been fantastic and made our lives easier and cleaner - even our tea tastes better... Thank you Soft Touch!
