Nicem Mini Compact 2000 Cutlery Polisher
It is suitable for up to 80 seater restaurants or where space is an issue and is suitable for under counter dishwashers or small hood dishwashers.
Mini 2000 users include; Benugo, Creams, Kaspas, Masala Zone and Pizza Hut
How To Use:
Place handfuls of washed and still wet cutlery into the side loading entry chute, leaving 4-5 seconds between each handful. After 35 seconds perfectly dried and polished cutlery will emerge from the exit chute into the front basket.
Nicem Mini 3500 Cutlery Polisher
It is suitable for an 80-150 seater restaurant. If you have a hood dishwasher or small rack conveyor, this machine is ideal for you.
Mini 3500 users include; Alton Tower Hotel, Beefeaters, Donnington Valley Golf Club, Glyndebourne Opera House, Newcastle Racecourse,Toby Carvery, Toni Macaroni

Nicem Midi 7000 Cutlery Polisher
Our Midi 7000 is used where cutlery is in huge abundance. It’s our only floor standing polisher on castors, and comes complete with a built in cutlery tray holder it has a great appetite for cutlery and is used in stadiums, arenas, conference hotels and larger restaurants. It is a top loading polisher which can polish over 100 pieces of cutlery per minute. It is suitable for restaurants seating 150+ that have a large rack conveyor dishwasher.
Midi 7000 users include; Big Easy, Cosmos Restaurants, De Vere, Hard Rock Cafe, Hilton, The Landmark Hotel
How To Use:

Cuttlers GP360 Glass Polisher
How To Use:
Press the on/off button and let the polisher warm up for 15 minutes.
Take a wet, washed glass by the stem and place the bowl of the glass onto the centre brush.
The four outer brushes will dry and polish the outside of the glass whilst the middle brush will polish the inside of the glass.
You can polish the stem and the base, we recommend playing around until you find the quickest and best method for you.
The brushes spin and the turret blows hot air towards the brushes which keeps the brushes dry, so you can polish all day long.
Basket Holder
Simply slot the basket holder into the slots on the side of your polisher and then place your baskets on top.

Sound Reduction Mat
Simply place in the bottom of your cutlery baskets.
If you have a Mini 2000 Compact, fold the mat in half to fit.
If you have a Mini 3500 or Midi 7000, then the mats will sit flush at the bottom of your basket.
Care Instructions:
They can be washed using warm water and soap. Replace when required.

Stainless Steel Trolley
It is manufactured in stainless steel and has 4 castor wheels which lock.
A trolley is advisable over a static stand if you need to move your cutlery polisher around your kitchen, under counters or to different rooms etc.
